Welcome
I understand that coming to a stranger and discussing your life can be an uncomfortable thought. You may be worried or concerned that I'm going to judge you or that I won't understand your struggles and story. I believe easing these worries can begin with getting to know me to help build our therapeutic connection. It is essential to me that we create an environment where you feel understood and safe in sharing your personal matters.
Who am I?
I'm a cisgender biracial woman, identifying as black and white, with a thin and visibly able-bodied presence. I'm a cat mom, to Lilly, who you’ll likely meet during our telehealth sessions as she often sits on my lap. My interests, roles, and identities are fluid, have duality, and are ones that I consider ever-evolving as I continue to pursue life-long personal growth and understanding.
