Who I Am
welcome
I understand that coming to a stranger and discussing your life can be an uncomfortable thought. You may be worried or concerned that I'm going to judge you or that I won't understand your struggles and story. I believe easing these worries can begin with getting to know me to help build our therapeutic connection. It is essential to me that we create an environment where you feel understood and safe in sharing your personal matters.

philosophy on life
In order to cultivate meaningful connections in our lives, we must summon the courage to embrace vulnerability and actively practice it. Throughout my life, I've continually challenged myself in areas such as vulnerability, self-compassion, authenticity, boundaries, and confronting uncomfortable emotions. These are not always easy or pleasant journeys to undertake.
It's often tempting to navigate through life while avoiding these challenging aspects, believing they have no significant impact on us. However, seeking counseling can provide valuable support and empower you to confront life's difficulties.
I firmly believe that you're not alone in your intrapersonal journey. We are all human, we will all struggle, and we all can rise.
